1. No Returns

All sales made through The Aura Infinity are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements once a product has been sold — except in cases where the item received is damaged or defective, as defined below.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:
    If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@theaurainfinity.com or call +91 8920648850.
    If your request is received before dispatch, your order will be cancelled and a full refund (excluding any non-refundable transaction charges) will be issued.
  • After Shipping:
    Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. As we do not accept returns, refused or undelivered packages will not qualify for refunds.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility:
    Refunds are processed only for orders cancelled before shipping or for items approved as damaged/defective upon delivery.
  • Refund Timeline:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 1–7 business days of confirmation. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Charges:
    Shipping, handling, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer returns, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit, or
  • Defective or significantly different from what was ordered

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at support@theaurainfinity.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos showing the issue

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
